Hi, I am Jackie Dadge
A highly experienced, down-to-earth HR professional and qualified trainer with over 30 years in HR, Training and Development.
I have partnered with organisations of all sizes; from household names like Tesco, Holland & Barrett, EON, Topps Tiles and British Car Auctions, to brilliant SMEs like Long Clawson Dairies, Meggitt Aerospace and Galliford Try.
Whether it is delivering Management Skills workshops, advising on employment law, leading restructures or designing ‘People Plans,’ I take a pragmatic, results-driven approach, while building strong and trusted relationships along the way.
Over the years, I have managed hundreds of disciplinary and grievance cases, supported businesses through change and worked as both a HR Business Partner and HR Director. My clients value my honesty, depth of experience and ability to make a real difference.

Disciplinary & Grievance investigations and handling: I can advise you or physically be present in these.
Organisational restructures and change programmes: Advice on effective organisational structures/redundancies.
Performance processes (appraisals, 360 feedback, etc).
People Plans aligned to business strategy : You should have a business plan in place. If so, I can align some people activities to achieve it.
Short-term HR cover: Maternity/ Long term sickness or do you just need a HR Manager for a short period of time?
